ALOT OF WORK!! Most days i end up taking stuff home and finishing up to stay on point

The Design team employees are extremely talented and fun people to work with. If you enjoy designing something fun and different that makes it onto store shelves, then this is the place for you.

The pay is not worth it! The owners can't seem to pay their bills or provide the team with the tools they need to do their design work properly. Sometimes on payday you won't see the deposit in your account, and your medical benefits haven't been paid causing your insurance claims to be denied. After they dismiss you, they basically stalk you to see if you're using things in your portfolio that they think you shouldn't be using, and they will sue you. The don't pay any earned PTO when you are fired, and they don't give any severance pay regardless of how many years your worked for them.
