      Pros

      It has flexible environment. People are very friendly. Doing customer service gives self satisfaction in this business.

      Cons

      You have to wake up early morning to open the shop. Thats the only down side. Rest everything is good.

      Free coffee, employee meals, staff besides management was awesome

      Cons

      Uninspired, unprofessional managers, super super low pay, not enough hours, not many customers lots of standing around, manager doesn’t work. it’s giving believe in blue and “traditional values” *wink wink*
