long hours may not be for everyone! it is also an extremely fast paced environment— meeting deadlines and completing the large volume of cake and dessert orders on time can get hectic (however— the faster someone can complete custom cake/dessert orders while maintaining quality and expressing a creative touch that goes beyond client expectations, the greater the earning potential).

No pros really the owner is an idiot who is so unorganized everyone working has to feel his stress. He hired me to do marketing and for one week it was solid and enjoyable and then he started making me do deliveries (cake deliveries) half the time. I said thats okay not too hard i can still do some marketing. Finally he called me only to deliver cakes. Then he didn’t call me at all! He would also make me go to the bank and do his dirty work like deposit a cheque so he could pay off his credit card, or deposit cash for his mortgage payment.

-unrealible hours (my first week i got 35 second week i got 15 and third and fourth week i got none) Management is unorganized No schedule system He talks behinds all the workers back to each other and causes drama U dont know what ur working on until the day of U dont have a position there he makes u do what ever he wants
