Decent salary and benefits. Very laid back environment. You can wear multiple hats and learn new things if you put yourself in a position to do so.

Not a job for those expecting professionalism. Constantly had to remind management to pay out bonuses or overtime. Bonuses were also basically impossible to achieve due to external factors. There's no HR department, and the behavior from certain marketing managers is extremely disrespectful. There is rarely any employee appreciation either unless you are a higher-up employee/manager. This job is only for those who are extremely assertive and can stand up to their managers when you are inevitably wronged.
