JustPremium gives its employers the chance to learn not only the things that are specified within the job description, but a lot more about the industry and all sides of the company. Employers are encouraged to grow both professionally and personally and the working environment is great. The business is ever-growing and there are always new things to do/learn - never boring!
Cons
As JustPremium is extremely fast growing, the company has to keep up with many changes which demand a great flexibility from the employers. The company's headquarter is not located at a really nice location, but in terms of accessibility for all employers it is good.
