Business outlook
Pros
Building a product that has no direct competitor is very challenging and fun. The work life balance is good. Work from anywhere. Not much bureaucracy. The team is small enough to know everyone.
Cons
No bonuses, no internet benefits included even though we're full Work From Anywhere, no clear career path. There is no any raises even though I'm getting new role and much more responsibilities.
