Their valuation will continue to grow.

They will lead the interview with questions like “what have you personally done DEI in your last role” and continue with other very off putting questions which have nothing to do with your role but if you would “fit in” with their team assembled of liberal arts employees. They said salary was not negotiable to promote “equality”, amazing when promoting equality also benefits your companies bottom line. By the way, salary is not competitive compared to position and region. So yes, an absolute bargain for them to be “woke”
