this is an HR software company- so as an Admin Advocate, Payments Specialist, Benefits Specialist, you are working on a broad range of topics, from PTO, to Maternity leave, to Workers' Compensations, to Health Benefit enrollments, to helping a company onboard or off-board, Helping a company handle state and federal compliance laws and delinquencies, to handling processing payroll for each week, terminations, etc. it was just too much to cover, plus you're taking incomming calls, 8-10 emails a day and etc.
