Pros
Getting to work with a high performing team. I have gained a network, mentor, and friends.
Cons
-low compensation. I have been at the company for 2 years and have only received a comp increase once. Meanwhile, my responsibilities have increased monthly. -No resources for growth and promotion. You are worked so hard that you have no extra time to utilize the resources like Linkedin learning to help you grow your skillset -bad product. The product can't support the needs of the customer nor the needs of the team to complete basic actions. -no clear plan on where we are going -no benefits, besides the healthcare, no good or useful benefits -no work/life balance I knew some of these cons existed before accepting my offer. I was hopeful that the company was moving in a direction where they were taking the feedback from the engagement survey seriously. Unfortunately, instead of moving forward, we are moving backward. Not only would I not recommend someone to work here, but I also wouldn't recommend the services for a small business.
