Pros
Management is incredible. I've never been at a company where I feel so supported in everything going on, especially with how quickly we've grown over the past year and all the challenges that have come with the growth. Managers are quick to help and will work overtime to assist you with any issues. Our founders and executive leadership are brilliant people that have set a vision everyone's bought into and truly motivates you to work hard to see that vision come to life. What Jyve is building is incredibly exciting and fun to be a part of. The support is amazing as is the culture and benefits.
Cons
The company is very spread out across the country which can make you feel a bit isolated at times if you are a remote employee. Days can be long and there's often issues that require a good amount of weekend work as well, but it's worth it.
