Pros
Finally what I love doing. FIFO, no coworkers, and stocking = Free Therapy Sessions everyday for me. ++I'm still able to provide Customer Service. just the greatest balance. +Flexible schedule and able to claim jobs in 3 days advance. +Never working at the same place plus no weekends unless I feel like getting my Jyve on Saturday + Hard work does pay off. After Jyving and working with my Market Managers I went from Jyver(Stocking) to Jyve Guru(stocking/trainer) within 4 months!
Cons
+Grocegy Store Managers who act indifferent and aloof. + The Slack app... the only cons about it is the lack of common since jyvers show when u either google it on find it within the jyve app page 8.. also the attitudes, calm down, your stocking, merchandising and blah blah not singing at the Grammy's. M.M lets us know whats available, whats new, etc. ITS NOT YOUR FACEBOOK ^^ two things that are easily looked upon when happens and look the other way and forget what the hell just happen because "honestly Diana, I forgot."
