      Pros

      there were some very quality people that worked there and made it survivable

      Every company has a story to tell....and this one has you in the back seat of a fiery crash and burn. Someone else is driving and your thoughts and suggestions don't matter, the senior management team is going to drive you and the company straight to the pits of hell. The senior managers are gossiping evil shrews ready throw you under a bus and walk away laughing at your dead body. I was given no support, zero direction, and micro-managed to death. The employees that stay there are the ones who cannot get out of their comfort zone, and are willing to work as slaves with low paid. Save your time and your career, and find a real company to work for.

      Pros

      It was a great place to work back in the day. Very supportive, people helped each other out, and things just worked well. Unfortunately, everything changed after the company was sold to new ownership. The teamwork and positive culture that once existed is gone.

      Cons

      Upper management now feels completely lost. They constantly change plans, don’t seem to know what they’re doing, and worst of all, they don’t treat employees with respect. Instead of working together to solve problems, they blame the staff. Employees are treated like disposable tools. It’s all stress, confusion, and finger-pointing. The company has become really unstable and toxic. I wouldn’t recommend working here.
