Not much if you are a hard worker.

Good Location. Owners were OK on a personal level.

Toxic work environment. Low Pay. Zero Advancement. Zero performance reviews. They allow bad employees to exist therefore bringing down the morale and productivity of others. They turn a cheek to real issues. Favoritism. Males make more then females.
