K-Devs is projectiles and a startup company in Nigeria. This enables employees to be more closer to the management and I think it is a good thing where employees request on issue can be managed in the nearest time. K-Devs gives employee privilege for personal development.
Cons
The disadvantage working in K-Devs Solutions will be that your training is mostly dependent on yourself and there is less healthy competition among employees as the company size is averaging about 1-10 employees. Since it is a projectized company, there is less to learn about the entire gaining experience on how to run a full fledged company.
