Pros

The benefits here are the best I've seen.

Cons

Lack of career opportunities/career advancements, to improve culture K-LOVE introduced a 5 day a week in office schedule which annoyed a number of employees, lack of communication from senior management. Within the last 2 months over half the leadership team has left and given the company no information as to why they are leaving or why they got fired leaving lower level employees anxious about their roles/departments.

Pros

This is my first time working in a ministry, and the culture at K‑LOVE surpasses any workplace I’ve been part of. The kindness, support, and genuine care for team members truly stand out. My leader champions my growth and actively supports my career path. The benefits and pay have also significantly improved my quality of life. And with exciting NextGen and international efforts expanding our mission to reach more people with the message of Jesus, it’s an incredible time to be here.

Cons

Like any organization, there are leadership decisions I don’t always agree with (such as discontinuing hybrid work), but even on those days, the culture and support here still outshine every workplace I’ve been in.

Pros

The pay is unbeatable in this climate without a degree, generous time off, vision and dental insurance are exceptional, Christmas bonuses, 401k match, paid paternity leave. Some great coworkers

Cons

Lemonade pet insurance would cover more than the health insurance the deductible plan provided, work from home was removed, company touts record numbers in the bank while firing multiple employees weekly or forcing early retirements. CEO seemingly doesn’t care about others leaders opinions or input. Christian ministry that works on Christmas Eve
