Pros

People are amazing, there is a genuine sense of the mission that radiates through the building across all levels. Great coffee shop, cafeteria, and there is a genuine desire amongst the vast majority of people that they are there for a reason.

Cons

Inconsistent leadership, the board cycles over a 3-5 year span, leading to varying priorities and mixed messages lower down the totem pole. One day, something could be of the utmost importance, the next day it isn't. Additonally there are pockets of people that are severely overworked or overstressed.

No option for hybrid work could be a negative for some.

Pros

The team members here are genuinely hard-working. They bring real care and sincerity to their work and the audience they serve. It's clear that the team members, no matter where they are in their walks with the Lord are not the problem.

Cons

Everyone should be concerned about the turnover. More than half of the executive staff have left, and there is a large amount of team members leaving. What's even more interesting is how many people with industry knowledge and networks are being fired or are quitting. It also seems that there is a difference on what leadership is communicating as to why so many are leaving, that is in direct opposition to why people are actually leaving (poor and toxic leadership). We have seen inconsistencies and disorganization appear, in a company that had run smoothly for I think 40+ years. The whole company seems to lack motivation, random brands have been created with no strategy, meaning money is bleeding out to keep them afloat. Trust between leadership and team members has disappeared. What's the saddest part? Like any other company all the problems can be tied back to money and man's desire to be known, by someone other than Jesus. There is no legacy in the world worth what is happening to this "ministry"
