Pros
Clean, not too loud, people are decent, you can listen to music, starting pay is pretty competitive.
Cons
People stay at the same wage regardless of performance. Terrible insurance. People had recently left in masse because after working over a year they had a performance review where they were only given a standard quarter raise each. Being so busy and assembly huge agricultural equipment wiring for ridiculously pricey equipment you knew that they could afford to give their workers a much better raise. They also took away their bonuses claiming they couldn't afford them. They fired people for petty reasons. You were watched always by cameras.
