Zero, since Xtep bought the brand it’s been a steeper down hill slide with very limited upside. Actually it’s a joke of a brand and leadership.

The new CEO, a recycled Kswiss CEO is joke. Self absorbed and all about himself. The CHRO leader is not qualified, during the interview process they kept asking for another meeting, another presentation, another, another. It was exhausting to say the least. I was offered the job. I worked at Kswiss for 6 months to be told they didn’t need this position. Total joke of a brand. Leadership is terrible with no upside in sight. Down sizing is the order of the day, I think they’ll down size until they’re out of business. I’ve never worked for a worse brand. That hires people, including their CEO as a test. To see if they can continue to add new people until they succeed. The new recycled CEO is a nice enough guy, but woefully under qualified to lead people. Ask any of the remaining employees, they’re all talking in hushed tones around the office about the pending doom of the brand. I wish I could say better things but sadly it’s a mess and getting worse by the day.
