      Pros

      KP Remodeling does a good job providing an environment where you have the freedom to be successful.

      Cons

      Poor communication between teams, knowledge silos cause lots of problems. The call center, marketing team, sales team and installation team have never agreed about what products are offered and this is a continuous point of frustration for employees and co-workers alike.

      Great work experience and the ability to set your own hours. Long hours but it was fulfilling work.

      Lack of recognition for work drove me away.
