Terrible company - Data Entry K & R International Services Employee Review

Nice work culture, flexible hours, friendly enviornment, supportive managment, employee recognition. I have worked for K & R for over 3 years and this has been one of the nicest places and people to work with. Hard work acknowledged and rewarded.

I would say I dont see any cons - One of the cleanest, friendly, enviorments.

Pay The work is easy

The environment here and management is toxic and wants nothing but drama They will take in the office and literally make up a bunch of false things to yell at you for. Fire people for no reason. The entire basis of raises and bonuses is based on whether the owner likes you or not and nothing to do with actual work ethic.
