Thank you for highlighting the culture that we have on the floor. I'm proud of our teams and how they support, encourage, and care for one another. We have a special group of RBTs and BCBAs! KCT committed to continuing to invest into relationship and team building opportunities during and outside of the therapy day!!
In the fall we have our Fall Festival (typically 70 KCT volunteers that serve 400 family and community members), 10 year KCT celebration (employee recognition and celebration event hosted at the zoo), several social events for each department, outside activities scheduled to come in (petting zoo, circus day), and we'll end the year with our annual Donuts with Santa. We LOVE having our team and their friends and family engaging with the families we SERVE Together and our communities.
Thank you so much for pouring into the kids that we serve! Our therapists deliver truly life changing care!!!
KCT does provide both clinical and non clinical career advancement opportunities. We have over 30 RBTs in leadership positions. We also provide leadership development trainings and embrace the John Maxwell definition of leadership: "Leadership is influence". I'm proud of our team of RBTs and how they embrace their critical role as leaders out on the floor. We will continue to invest into our team professionally, clinically, and financially. Our future is bright!
We care deeply for the people that join our SERVE Together mission and do our best to gather feedback and take action to create meaningful change. Employees are encouraged to provide feedback through forms (QR codes posted around clinics- these can be anonymous or not), quarterly surveys, and through quarterly/ annual professional development meetings. Each team member also has a buddy (mentor), clear direct supervisors, and access to other leaders to provide feedback.
Thank you,
Frank Knez
