Great Company - Consultant K2 Consultants Employee Review

The work environment and people are awesome. The opportunity for growth is unlike anywhere else. You do not come across many companies willing to train and push individuals to success like this anymore. I'm so glad i took this job and finally found the career i was looking for. This company is not for anyone who is not willing to work hard to achieve their goals and be successful!

No experience necessary, unprecedented opportunity for earning potential and advancement (if you have the motivation and drive, you will likely be making 6 figures within 2-3 years), fun atmosphere, comprehensive training, great co-workers. A rare job where helping others succeed helps you succeed even more.

Somewhat misleading interview process. I told them I wanted a 9-5, M-F job with a steady paycheck, it is more of an 11-8:30 job, where you usually have to work Saturdays, and is 100% commission-based. It is also door-to-door sales of AT&T U-verse (I hate sales, but it really does sell itself) in rain or shine, regardless of temperature. I understand why they are vague in their initial job description, because it doesn't sound all that desirable. But the bottom line, if you truly want to succeed and are willing to put in the work, this is probably the most profitable opportunity you will ever come across outside of buying lottery tickets.
