      Pros

      K2 has a great company culture, great people, a structured & visual path for upward mobility and training, a forever growing model for improvement for K2 as a company and its employees, and offering an open door policy with constant communication with managers to set recruiters up for success and set their sights for advancement in the company. K2 also offers a great pay/commissions structure which is favorable for the recruiters and salespeople, while they also offer great benefits, incentives, paid holidays, and PTO from year 1. Great work-life balance and you will learn a lot!

      Cons

      What you put into the job is what you will get out of it, which isn't a disadvantage and is how every job is.

      Pros

      You have nice people working there. But they are hijacked by a promise of a global consulting experience and/or an equity payout which does not exist.

      Cons

      Corrupt Management doing everything in their power to post numbers. Job cuts. Lack of strategy. Disconnected ownership and WORSE: C-Level leadership involved in unethical behavior. They lack experience and treat people horribly. More than half of the team taken on the Sales "Incentive" trip were fired within months. CHRO is clueless and should resign if she had any honor. They force people to bypass laws and engage in unethical activity. Rotation and law suits are the norm.
