K2M Design is continuously looking forward. Always working to improve not only the quality of the work they deliver, but the culture. As a small business with service provisions spread across many states, they navigate productivity for remote and in-office worker well. Staff is eager to help each other and trust is cornerstone of the company. Staff are highly skilled and work hard.
Cons
Due to delays in awarded jobs starting, there is uncertainty around financial success of the company causing turnover for those looking for better pay and job security. No fault of the company- just the industry.
