Pros
- K3 is a pretty small company, so employee voices are heard and ideas are always valued. Internal collaboration is strong here, and the whole team is great about helping each other out. - Management is approachable and understanding, they go out of their way to check in and make sure employees are happy, and they ask for ways to improve. - The company is growing, so tools and processes are growing as well. Implementing the right tools to do our jobs has been a major quality of life improvement! Everything is heading in the right direction and improving more every day. - K3 has always encouraged professional growth and learning. They pay for certifications and training and they promote internally.
