Thanks for your feedback and review. I am glad to hear that you agree with us that we have created an amazing place to work. As part of our passion for people, we have launched a number of other initiatives as requested by our staff, such as the KAE running club, Yoga lunch times, and various other out of work social events. Participation at these events is at the discretion of our people and we have, and will continue to, support an inclusive and supportive working environment. We are in the next phase of our development with a new management structure with our core projects giving all employees the opportunities to work on them from start to finish. As a result, many of our employees have greatly developed during their time at KAE, with the most successful progressing fast through the ranks and several moving from Consultant to VP or SVP. As we have just appointed a new Head of People, we are equally excited to work with her on rolling out new ways of working.
