Pros
Pretty decent pay -- slightly above average in my case. Most people working here seem both pleasant and competent. It's a small company (~50 people) with a casual atmosphere and Friday catered lunches.
Cons
If you get an offer at Kaiam, be wary of what you're promised. I took a job here on the premise that the assignment would be long-term, but "4 to 5 months with a big possibility of full-time" ended up being ONE month with zero possibility of conversion, despite doing an "outstanding job" by all accounts. I can't say for sure whether that was an intentional deception or just a wildly inaccurate mistake, but either way, it caused a disruption in both my income and my resume, and caused me to leave a job I wouldn't have left otherwise.
Also, there's a small handful of bully types working here who can make office life unpleasant.
