Absolutely toxic work environment. Toxic leadership that only cares about self-promotion. Competent people are sidelined or dismissed, while the wrong, deeply incompetent people are empowered because they belong to the group of the special ones. Intrigues, scandals, gossiping, discrimination - anything goes really, except for actual work. Yes, the salary is good. But it doesn't come even close to the level of toxicity you will be experiencing every day. Run from this place like from wildfire.

Important and interesting mission. Highly qualified and hardworking international colleagues. Strong programming and partnerships, networks and opportunities. Salary, benefits, and work-from home policies are genuinely competitive. Work-life balance is genuinely respected in most departments and by most management. International travel for work a perk. 50/50 gender balance among employees.

Open-office configuration. Significant transition, employee turnover, and loss of institutional memory in recent years. Little or no clear vision and leadership from governing bodies or executive; organization seems driven from the middle. Burdensome bureaucratic approval processes has negative fiscal impact. No women in senior leadership; few women in governance structures.
