      Pros

      We're exposed to high quality technical construction project management experience. I know that the entire team is happy and fullfilled in their positions. In some jobs as Owner/Reps we work with the best clients in their industries. The company has good experienced leadership that focuses on team quality and growth, which shows in how much the company has been expanding in the past couple of years. Pay is good too.

      Cons

      Really none, and I've worked with top GC. Maybe travel? we serve clients all over the country, which has it's Pros to have diverse opportunity, but also can be tough sometimes.

      This organization was founded to enhance employee fulfillment while bringing superlative service to clients. Bringing excellence to the commercial construction marketplace is without equal in provided a "wow factor" to clients, employees, vendors, sub-contractors and all stakeholders

      Cons

      The usual relationship to a general contractor is one of distrust, as others past experience with other less than honorable general contractors has proven. Breaking through this barrier to show what KALCON is all about and is different from others, is a formidable challenge, but a game changer that benefits all involved.
