Nope - Machine Operator KAM Plastics Employee Review

I left Kam only due to personal issues. They tried what they could with schedule arrangements and other opportunities for my schedule. They try so hard to work with employees. They treat you like family, the whole company pulls together when a team member is hurting. Often throwing fundraisers for those in need. I plan to return after my personal life evens out.

Some people are lazy. They seem to get away with it.

Good staff, decent pay, often promotes internally

Very little PTO, often a lack of accountability makes for a lazy workforce
