      Pros

      Facilities have everything needed to care for your patients and to help the shift run smooth. Same day pay as after you clock out as long as your shift is verified. Which takes the company no time to do that.

      Some autonomy depending on department, flexible work from home schedule, 401k contributions, mission.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, founder's syndrome, poor hiring, bad strategic decision making, pervasive incompetence, lack of accountability, health plans, org structure, unclear OKRs, fragmented collaboration, workload, lower than average pay.
