Pros

Hybrid work schedule, and the paycheck doesn't bounce. That's really the only pros...

Cons

There is a long list of cons… Unless you are destitute and really need a paycheck, I would seriously suggest you look at other companies! -Was essentially lied to when interviewing for the role. I was told the company has never laid off anyone... Withing the first 6 months, a significant layoff occurred. I was told that the company shut down for two weeks during the holiday season… That never happened in the three years I was there. I was told that there was room for career advancement… That was a blatant lie and is honestly laughable. -Extremely toxic culture. Within the first few weeks after starting the role, I felt like I stepped back into the 1970s with the conversations that I overheard. I won't go into details, but it was pretty shocking to hear some of the topics being discussed in a very open environment. -Below market compensation. Easily 15-20% below market rate. Worked for the company for three years and might’ve received a 3% total bump in that timeframe. -Zero career growth. The ability to progress your career is nonexistent. Many folks in management have stayed in the same role for decades, and the only way to progress is for them to retire. Company isn’t growing, so you’ll be stuck doing the same job for a long time. -Zero onboarding training. I wasn’t expecting my hand to be held for months after starting the role, but within the first few days, it felt more like being thrown into the woodchipper rather than being thrown into the deep end, and with little support. I could honestly write a few pages of the cons about this company, but hopefully the above will help paint a picture of the type of company this is.

Pros

Great benefits and company culture, frequent opportunities to interface with senior leaders and executives.

Cons

Roles and responsibilities are demanding, complex organization to understand, and requires in-office days if you are in proximity to a regional hub.

Pros

Good benefits, good amount of vacation time.

Cons

Poor middle and upper management. Although a lot of vacation time is given, you are not able to use it if you do not meet the percentage of your team. Meaning more than one person could not take time off at a time, This is a bad work place for your mental health.
