Cons
Depending on team you may be subjected to extreme micromanagement. Upper management will not take action even if they know exactly what is going wrong and will spend more time in covering their tracks and window dressing instead of tackling a problem. A totally bloated management structure starting at the bottom from US and ending in Germany. Siloed grouping by functions and anyone who tries to broaden their skillset or transfer within the company hits brick wall. The technology is antiquated and most employees are stuck because no other option.
