Pros
Great company culture and management for LA region. Opportunity for growth within the company, but with being a smaller company there may not be as many openings when compared to other larger companies. Despite that, I feel that they do a great job of promoting people to new roles and opportunities. Great support from various divisions of the company as well. OES is a great role and very satisfying to deliver value to the hospital.
Cons
The OES roles requires a lot of independent work and managing oneself and ones projects. Some hospitals have multiple on-sites while others only have one, so it can some times feel like you're on your own island if you're working solo. Some people are great at working solo, others are not. You'll take cues from your regional sales and management team as well.
