Thank you for your review. We wouldn't say that there are no pros to our company. We think the music we play in our lobby is pretty hip. We apologize that you felt so upset about working with us that you needed to write an anonymous review and couldn't tell us in person to our face. :( We strive to build better relationships with our team members than that. We do want to address some of your concerns. At Kirkwood we have a rigorous, multi-step interview process including a job shadow which allows a candidate to see EXACTLY what we do. We feel like we can't get more transparent than that. Sales is a challenging field and is not for everyone. We're totally okay with that because we want to work with the best of the best. We offer paid sick leave, gas incentives, paid travel opportunities, which we discuss in the interview process.
