Pros
I have been with this company for about a year and a half. Within the last 6 mo., I was recognized for a fairly significant raise and then, a few months later, was offered a promotion into management with yet another raise and future intentions to move up within the company. For the employees as a whole, the company has been making efforts in ensuring we know we're appreciated with additional incentives and treat boxes sent to employees' personal homes.
Cons
There are always cons with every company. At KBHS we have glitches, at times, with the system - mostly due to COVID, I believe - which do cause some obstacles and extra work. I feel that there is some improvement that can be made. However, unsure if they are making much headway in a timely manner.
