      The convenience of the location (ktown) is the only pro that I can squeeze out

      Low pay, no room for growth, typical Korean company that expects you to submit to the superiors

      Great co-workers, chill environment and an ok end of year bonus

      Cons

      The working environment is not the best especially during covid. Paycheck is never raised, not enough room for creative growth.
