      -The CEO kept everyone employed during COVID. -Quarterly meetings with good food -Great location close to the beach

      Cons

      Not much growth going on or forward movement with new projects. The company is very against working remote. They did everything possible to bring everyone back to the office as soon as they could.

      Pros

      KBS pays their employees well and has great benefits. The company hires intelligent people and has a great company culture. This is a company with integrity and a place that allows growth. Beautiful office space.

      Cons

      The company does not offer a 401k match. Strict bussiness attire dress code with people who will complain if you are even slightly outside the handbook standards.
