Management proved time and again they were out only for themselves. Sent salaried staff home with forced vacation or time without pay when not 100% billable. Have no long term vision, respond to weekly reports and do not care what is on the horizon. President of company walks around with spreadsheets all day but doesn't realize real people make the profit at KCI. Actually asked employees to use their personal cell phones to make long distance calls for the company to save money while at the same time they maintained a suite at the Baltimore Ravens games year after year.
