Pros
As a member of kci you are treated with respect and yearly get company shares that are worth a pretty penny.
Cons
If you're not hired on to kci (most aren't) and are instead hired by temp workers or CW's as they say (contegent worker) then your pretty much expendable. You'll find yourself doing things nobody wants to do that are just as difficult all while making less and being treated as less.
