Pros

Kind people, quick responses, and do what they can to make the job run smoothly. Pay on time and treat us fair.

Cons

Timekeeping system is a little confusing at first and sometimes things change on a dime and having better site leads on customer sites would be helpful.

Pros

- Flexible Hybrid work environment - Leadership treats you like a human being and will try to work things out with you

Cons

- Pay is well below market average and raises are hard to come by. - Benefits are OK but expensive and not great - Not much upward mobility, especially if you don't want to be management - Culture has shifted in the last couple years. They've started hiring a lot of overseas help and its starting to feel less like the cozy start up vibe and more like the typical corporate 'all about the numbers' vibe
