Creative team environment that allows for individual expression, as well as collaboration.

No pay, aside for the upper-management staff. Additionally, the diversity of the station was abysmal. Certain strides were made towards the end of my tenure at the station, but much more work needs to be done to make KCPR an inclusive organization.
