Pros
Flexi hours. You are your own boss by doing your own works. You can learn a lot of things here if you have the enthusiasm to learn. Boss is super nice and willing to teach as long as he got time
Cons
The working environment is not so good as some of colleagues keep watching videos, torrenting and even watching drama during working hours. There is minimal supervision and guidelines. Salary will not be reviewed every year. No performance bonus.
