Pros

Great team to work with, lots of support from supervisors and management. Lots of employees have been with the company for many years, good opportunities for promotion as well as movement across teams within the company.

Cons

Pay is low for the work expected. Pricing on everything has gone up, and compensation has not risen to match.

Pros

Sales are growing but so are tankless water heaters across the USA. They have come to believe it is about "me".

Cons

Management does not have much input as all final decisions go through Korean HQ. Sales Management rarely travel and mostly phone it in from their remotes offices. They believe their Independent Sales Reps are the Industries best and will not challenge them when they did something dumb or stupid and have trouble bringing new programs to the market place as they lack the courage to implement them with sufficient effort or staffing.
