Pros
For administrative employees, the schedule is fairly constant. Field workers can usually get overtime work. The pay is okay.
Cons
The management in general is pretty terrible. A lot of the administrative employees that you have to work with are terrible employees. The people in upper management seem to do whatever they want all the time but expect so much out of their employees and even like to make sure people know they have power over them for no reason. If you are looking for an administrative job, it’s probably better to look somewhere else or make this a temporary job. If you work in the field, this isn’t too bad of a job as long as you don’t have a life outside of work because they aren’t flexible and they will change your schedule around. If you’re a project manager, dont work here unless you are friends with the people in charge. The upper management is super cliquey and you will never be happy or feel good enough.
