Pros
Good work life balance. Helpful and attentive immediate supervisor Pay was decent 401K match Knowledgeable coworkers
Cons
Most tech ops managers are incompetent and fail to produce. They don't press the clients hard enough on in-progress or proposed projects, nor do they try and upsell anything that would benefit the client, which very often leaves KDI employees with few billable hours...and ultimately laid off. Managing partner is very cut-throat and will rarely work with you to make job better. Expensive health insurance. 1 pay increase in over 3 years.
