Pros
Some positions offer a lot of opportunities for creativity. 401k matching is good relative to other companies of this size. For hourly employees, there are opportunities to increase PTO with various work performance targets.
Cons
The PTO is not friendly for working mothers. The health benefits are terrible. There is a pervasive amount of disorganization, with poor communication, inconsistencies in operational procedures between locations, and little training with no training documents, which contributes to the disorganization.
