Pros
The very intensive training taught me a lot about all different types of cameras.
Cons
You will be watched like a hawk. They have cameras watching you, and they will count how many times you touch your phone, etc. They had mandatory overtime that lasted the entire 1.5 years I was there. Expect to hear over and over in weekly team meetings about how much money the company is making, yet they don't pay a living wage. The work you will do is incredibly specialized but they do not pay you like it. They preach how you can "move up" in the different levels as a tech but the top amount you can ever make is less than a public school teacher, after multiple years of working there. You will be told you are replaceable and will get in trouble for having average or lower numbers. Breaks are timed and if they notice you consistently taking a little too long you will get in trouble. Most of the other employees are wonderful people. You will likely make friends and that is all that kept me going when I was here. Also, use your judgement on the legitimacy of positive reviews.
