-Great benefits package -Knowledgeable support teams

Cons

-KEMET claims employees are the “secret sauce” Customer Service Management didn’t get that memo. -Management is intolerant and inflexible and will choke you out for any little mistake -expected to complete 60+- hrs of work in 40hrs -No growth opportunities whatsoever -KEMET was recently acquired by a Taiwanese company, rumors say that changes are coming and not for the better. -Upper management and HR are aware of situation but will not do anything about it

Pros

Laid back, good place to work if you’re older and wanting to retire in the next 15 years or so. People are good too, not much drama.

Cons

Better pay could definitely be found elsewhere and yearly pay increases are low, you’ll probably get 2%. No bonuses either. Job can be boring at times.
