Owner/Manager Ben Howell is a dishonest person and verbally demeans his employees virtually every day. I was hired upon the premise that I would receive "plenty" of leads as the company had too many to handle. In the 3 months that I worked there I got maybe 6 leads. The starting salary is also well below average so you will NEED the leads to make commissions. After starting I was told that more than 3 other Reps had also left the company in the year prior. All of this combined with the extremely pool management style leads to a hostile work environment. Owner made numerous inappropriate comments. Do yourself a favor and STAY CLEAR of this company - there are too many management issues to deal with and you will be harassed incessantly for no good reason.
